Sangizhumon "The Swinging Stone"
There is a stone called Sangizhumon in the Khatirchinsky district of Navoi region on the southern slope of Aktau.
The history of the Sangizhumon massif has led to various scientific hypotheses. It is between 250 and 280 million years old. Here, nature has created amazing bizarre monuments – giant boulders that rise majestically above the surface of the earth.
Some compositions have large enough through holes that a person can pass through. Locals believe that if a person with sore joints passes through these holes, they will be able to completely get rid of the pain. The "Swinging Stone" weighs over 280 tons. However, even with a slight touch, it begins to sway, while holding well in its place.
