Booking of air tickets

Air tickets are ordered and booked through the official channels of the MDK Travel travel agency. All requests for air travel bookings are accepted in writing by e-mail or through a specially designed booking form. Upon receipt of the request, the agency's specialists check the availability of seats on selected flights, specify the ticket price, fare conditions and send the booking confirmation to the client with detailed information about the route, departure and arrival times, as well as payment terms.

A full prepayment of 100% of the ticket price is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made in cash, by bank card or by wire transfer. After the funds are credited to the agency's account, an electronic ticket (e-ticket) is sent to the specified email address. In case of delay or non-receipt of payment in due time, MDK Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice to the client.

Changing the date, time, flight route, or other ticket conditions is possible only within the rules of the airline that issued the ticket. If changes are made, the airline may incur additional fees, fines, or fare differences. MDK Travel Agency does not regulate these conditions and acts exclusively in accordance with the established tariff rules of carriers. In case of cancellation of the ticket, the refund is also carried out in strict accordance with the rules of the specific airline and the selected fare. The client should take into account that for non-refundable fares, the cost of a paid ticket is non-refundable, even if the trip is canceled due to personal circumstances.

MDK Travel Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the airline, providing the organization of the purchase and registration of air tickets. The carrier airline is responsible for flight performance, cancellation, delay, postponement of departure time, loss or damage to baggage, changes in conditions of carriage, as well as other circumstances beyond the agency's control. All claims regarding the quality and performance of the flight must be sent directly to the relevant airline in accordance with the rules established by it.

A customer who orders an air ticket through the MDK Travel agency is obliged to provide the correct personal data of all passengers in exact accordance with their passport documents. The responsibility for the correct spelling of the surname, first name, date of birth and other data lies entirely with the client. In case of errors, the client must immediately notify the agency before issuing the electronic ticket, as it may not be possible to change the data after registration or may be accompanied by additional fines.

In addition, the client must independently verify the availability of all necessary documents for the flight, including a valid passport, visa (if required for entry into the destination country), insurance, certificates and other documents provided for by the legislation of the country of departure, transit and entry. The lack of necessary documents, visas or permits may lead to a refusal of transportation, for which MDK Travel agency is not responsible.

In the case of group flights or corporate bookings, the terms of booking, payment and possible cancellation are set individually and fixed in a separate agreement between the agency and the customer. At the same time, the agency reserves the right to change the booking conditions depending on the airline's policy, seasonality, seat availability and other factors affecting the cost and availability of tickets.
