Hotel booking conditions

Hotel reservations are based on an official request from the MDK Travel travel agency. Completed booking forms are required to confirm the reservation. Information about each client must be provided within 72 hours before the start of the process. MDK Travel is not responsible for possible inconveniences as a result of late submission of information.

20% of the cost of the booked room must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The balance of the hotel room price must be paid at least 3 days before arrival. If you have booked within 3 days prior to arrival, full payment is required. Please note that MDK Travel reserves the right to unilaterally reject the application without giving reasons and refund the deposit.

Most of the hotels

Check—in time is from 14:00. MDK Travel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before that time. In case of early arrival, advance booking is required. In case of non-receipt of information about the pre-booking, MDK Travel cannot guarantee the availability of rooms.

In case of early arrival from 07:00 to 14:00, an additional 50% of the daily room rate will be charged.
Check—in before 07:00 a.m. - 100% of the daily room rate is charged additionally.

Check—out time is until 12:00.
For late check-out before 18:00, 50% of the daily room rate will be charged.
Check—out after 18:00 - 100% of the daily room rate is charged additionally.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

In case the customer refuses the ordered services less than 3 days before arrival, the customer pays MDK Travel 50% of the cost of the booked hotel room.

For groups: The total number of rooms can be cancelled without penalty 21 days before the arrival date.
From 21 to 4 days before arrival, 10% of the total number of rooms can be cancelled free of charge.

For cancellation or non-appearance, the client pays 100% of the cost of the booked room, according to the terms of the contract.
If the guest arrives later than scheduled, he also pays for the night he missed.

Obligations of the parties

In case of discrepancies between the services provided and the description in the hotel's offer, the customer has the right to request their elimination free of charge.

The client is obliged to comply with all the rules of hotel accommodation. In case of damage to the property of the hotel by the customer or persons invited by him, liability shall arise in accordance with the legislation of the host country.

MDK Travel has existing contracts with hotels to facilitate accommodation and reservations throughout Uzbekistan and acts as a third-party agent.
MDK Travel is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties.
