Buddhist complex in Kuva
Excavations of the ancient settlement of Kuba have been carried out for several years on the outskirts of the city of Kuva, located near Ferghana.
As a result, archaeologists found a real Buddhist complex. The find dates back to the IV-III centuries BC. Scientists have discovered the remains of craft workshops, residential buildings, as well as a unique Buddhist temple that was built on a hill ledge.
There are statues of Buddha and other deities at the top, reached by a small staircase. The object has great historical value and is a national treasure.
