The Simkhaev House
This building occupies almost an entire block. The entrance semicircular openings of the main entrances and the windows of the building are decorated on the sides with tall snow-white columns. A gorgeous dome on the roof.
The house was built in 1907. The owners lived in it for 10 years, and in the 20s they fled the country. Today, this magnificent building belongs to the oil college.
