Imom Al-Bukhari Mosque Gulistan

The Imom al-Bukhari Mosque is one of the main spiritual attractions of Gulistan and one of the most beautiful religious buildings in the Syrdarya region. It is named after the great scholar and theologian Imam Muhammad al-Bukhari, the author of the famous collection of hadith, which is considered one of the most reliable sources of Islamic knowledge.

The mosque building is made in a traditional oriental style with elements of Uzbek architecture. The majestic sky-blue dome, slender minarets and carved arched entrances create a feeling of lightness and harmony. The interior of the mosque is distinguished by its elegance: the walls are decorated with calligraphy, carpets are laid out in even rows, and the soft light from the windows gives the space peace.

The mosque is the center of religious life in Gulistan, where daily prayers are held, Friday khutbahs are held, and Muslim holidays such as Ramadan and Eid al—Fitr are celebrated. The mosque is surrounded by a green courtyard with a fountain and benches, where believers and guests can relax after prayer.

Today, the Imom al-Bukhari mosque is not only a place of worship, but also a symbol of the spiritual rebirth and cultural identity of the city, uniting people in an atmosphere of peace and faith.
