Get everything done in 10 days from Moscow with an air flight
The "Do everything in 10 days from Moscow" tour is an unforgettable historical and gastronomic program that begins with the real museum city of Khiva, namely the Ichan Kala fortress. There is no short story about the fortress and the thousands of monuments protected by UNESCO here, it is better to see everything for yourself. In Khiva, Shivit Oshi is traditionally prepared, it looks like green spaghetti with herbs and various oils, and that's what we'll taste.
After a rest, we leave for Bukhara the next day. An ancient city, a very interesting center where two worlds intersect, old Bukhara and new, namely the Ark fortress and a fashionable observation deck. Walking around Bukhara and going outside the city to the summer residence of the last emir of Bukhara, Sitorai Mokhi Khosa, will leave pleasant impressions and memories. The gastronomic part will take place on the Lyabi-Hauz Square, in the ancient madrasah of the 16th century, where in the evenings it is pleasant to sit outside and drink a cup of Bukhara herbal tea. You will also taste Bukhara pilaf and take part in a barbecue cooking master class!
The road to Samarkand lies through the city of Gijduvan, you will have a pottery master class with a renowned master in the 6th generation. The evening dinner will be held in an exciting way, a direct conversation with the chef. A very interesting storyteller, a joker and just the king of cooking Zigir Osh (pilaf in sesame oil).
Each city has its own tricks and secrets in cooking different dishes, you will see it all and taste it. As when moving to Shakhrisabz (the birthplace of Tamerlane), where the main dish is lamb on coals, so in Tashkent – mashkichiri, (a real energy battery for the guests of the capital)
Our guides will not just tell you, they will make you fall in love with our country and national cuisine. In every city without exception!
