Two Capitals Tour
The Two Capitals tour is held daily for any number of people. During the tour you will visit the modern capital Tashkent and the ancient capital Samarkand. The two cities are completely different from each other. Tashkent is more modern, with many new buildings, huge bazaars, wide streets and roads. Samarkand is the same age as ancient Rome, it is unlike any other city. The scale and grandeur of construction in those days was far ahead of its time. Samarkand was built to outshine all the others, and craftsmen from all over the world took part in it. You will see mosques, tombs, madrassas and observatories painted with gold and precious stones.
