Tasty and Juicy Gastro Tour
The gastronomic tour "Tasty and juicy" is dedicated to All lovers of delicious food!
Everyone who has tried the national Uzbek cuisine at least once understands what we are going to tell you now, and for those who have not had a chance to do this, we wish not to wait and not guess, but just come and try.
So, let's start with the Uzbek cuisine in general. First of all, almost all dishes are prepared by men, soups, second courses, Uzbek fast food, salads and much more. And as everyone in the world knows, the best chefs are the male sex, because whoever loves to eat the most will put his soul into cooking. He'll turn inside out, but only if everyone praises him later and says that pilaf or another dish is the best.
Delicious food in Uzbekistan is a tradition, or rather it is a cult. You know that people learn to cook pilaf almost from birth. There are more than 50 types of pilaf here, each city and region has its own pilaf and, of course, the best. I won't tell you how it's prepared, but believe me, there are many secrets and tricks that will greatly affect the quality of the dish.
And so, what awaits you in the program. Let's start with the largest bazaar in all of central Asia, where we will taste Uzbek fast food (Khasip, manti, samsa, shish kebab, khanum, noryn), prepare a real Uzbek flatbread. And that's just for breakfast!
Lunch — welcome to the Central Asian Pilaf Center, several types of pilaf are prepared here, but the most popular is the wedding, mmmmmm..... you can just lick your fingers, crumbly, moderately fatty, rice just melts in your mouth, two types of carrots to balance sweetness and flavor, and meat... here after lunch you want to get up and shout Hallelujah!!! And I'm not exaggerating.…
Master classes will be held in each city, you will taste all the main dishes (several types of pilaf, kazan kabob, manti, lagman, kebabs, tandoor kabob, shurpa, dymlyama and much more).
Enjoy your meal. We are waiting for you at our big and hospitable dostarkhan!
