Savitsky Plaza
The Savitsky Plaza Hotel is named after Igor Savitsky, an honored artist of the Uzbek SSR and a collector of avant-garde art. In addition to painting, he was interested in researching the life of the Karakalpaks, and also collected works of modern art. His collection formed the basis of the art museum he created in Nukus. In the interiors of the Savitsky Plaza Hotel, you can see works of modern art and references to the work of Igor Savitsky.
